Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, destination, and other shipping service. We usually ship by L.T.L ground for large product and by USPS next day, USPS second day for our smaller products.
L.T.L – All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. The shipping method is determined by the weight and size of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently and by different methods, even if they are ordered together. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight, and is located in an industrial area. Residential deliveries, inside delivery, lift gate, twenty-four hour notification, or other special delivery services are available for an additional charge.
Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice. Other terms apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international orders. The consignee must pay any extra charges acquired for additional services, such as customer’s specified carrier or special handling by any carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. In the event of L.T.L. damages we follow the NMFC (National Motor Freight Classification) laws that are regulated by the Federal Government.
Collect shipments – We will gladly ship via your specified carrier; however, freight collect, or third-party billings terms will apply.
For shipments of items currently in stock, the order will typically be ready for shipment within 24 to 48 hours. Transit time 2 – 10 days depending on the areas.
Returns and Warranties
Return shipment will not be accepted without prior authorization (see our instructions below). All issues or returns have to inform/report within 14 days after the merchandise delivered/received. Please ship in the return within 30 days of the receipt. 25% of restocking fee will apply if customer ship the return after 30 days of receipt.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping charges, shipment tracking, and insurance for returned merchandise. If an order ships prior to any cancellation request, the customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties so these limitations may not apply to you.
